The classic Bullmoose handlebar has its roots in the early history of mountain biking in California during the 1970s and 1980s. Early mountain bikes often used standard road or BMX handlebars, but the Bullmoose design combined the handlebar and stem into a single unit. This provided a simple and very robust solution that became a hallmark of early MTB bikes.
Nitto has produced various interpretations of the Bullmoose handlebar in Japan for many years. Its distinctive construction and classic look have made it popular among enthusiasts who build or restore vintage MTBs and retro-inspired bikes.
This version from Nitto combines the classic Bullmoose design with Japanese craftsmanship and modern construction. The integrated handlebar/stem gives it a clean look and is especially well suited to classic mountain bikes, touring bikes, and custom builds.Description
