Have you changed your mind about your purchase? Don’t worry, at Velovintage we offer a 14-day return policy on all items. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them.

You are responsible for returning the item, and we recommend that you buy a return label using the button at the bottom of this page and obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof that the item has been shipped. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Buy a return label using the button at the bottom of this page, or arrange to ship the item / items yourself to: Velovintage, Høje Gladsaxe Torv 2A, kld lokale 1, 2860 Søborg. IMPORTANT - Please send the package as a business parcel. We do NOT collect packages sent to parcel shops/pickup points.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be issued to the original payment method as soon as we have received and processed your return.

1. ORDER

Choose GLS or PostNord and pay for your label.

2. RECEIVE

You’ll receive your shipping label, return form, and a QR code by email right away.

3. DROP OFF

Drop off the package at a parcel shop (GLS or PostNord).

NO PRINTER?

Just show the QR code at the parcel shop, and they’ll print your label for you. If you don’t have email on your phone, you can take a picture of the QR code at home and show it in the shop.

REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE INFORMATION IN THE PACKAGE

Put the completed return form in the package. Can't print it? Just write your name and order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package instead.

REFUND

We process your return package as quickly as possible. If the items meet the conditions, we refund the money directly to your account.
