Dia-Compe 505Q Brake Caliper | Silver
Delivery in 1-2 business days – In stock and dispatched quickly.
Description
Classic side-pull brake from Dia Compe in aluminum.
When choosing a brake, remember to measure the distance from where the brake is mounted down to the braking surface on the rim. There can be significant differences from one frame to another.
Racing frames often require short-reach brakes due to their “tight” geometry, while Raleigh touring / Dutch-style bicycles require very long brakes because of their “relaxed” geometry. This brake is slightly longer than the very shortest racing brakes and fits many sports bicycles.
Reach: 45–57 mm.
